Executive Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations for Millcraft Hospitality, Paul S. Bazzano oversees all hotels in the management platform, supervises the owned and operated properties, and directs the implementation of third-party management contracts, and new property development.  Paul has significant experience in all facets of hotel operations including development, pre-opening and distressed property turnaround.  He guides staff on yield management, sales and marketing, budgeting, and cost controls.  As a result of his extensive culinary background, Paul imparts experience in all food and beverage operations, design, and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
